Look for a blue bowl, a purple crystal and a sea-star. Move near the leaves, use Rustle, or tap Peek behind here. When an object appears, select it to collect. Tab and Enter work too.

Collect five blue bowls as you find five row answers and one secret addition.

From the workbook

How a workbook quest works.

Each treasure hunt leads from number clues to a secret number. That number tells you which squares to colour in the adventure’s picture.

  1. Find a sum

In each row, find two different numbers that add to a third. Circle the sum.

  2. Keep five answers

Copy one answer from each row. Five little clues, ready for the next step.

  3. Unlock the secret

Two of your five answers add to a third. That third number is your secret.

  4. Colour & discover

Use the hunt’s colour on matching numbers in the picture. Watch the adventure picture take shape.

What do we need?

Have these ten pencil colours nearby: blue, pink, red, yellow, orange, grey, brown, purple, green and black.

White paper stays white. Leave unnumbered squares uncoloured too.

A helpful nudge

Try one row at a time. Ask, Which two different numbers add to a third? Copy each circled sum into its answer box.

After the five row clues, look among the five answers for the secret addition. Then use the hunt's colour on the matching numbered squares.

Is the website trial a workbook page?

The trial is a simplified website illustration: three sums unlock three colours. A workbook hunt has five row additions and one secret addition before colouring.

The pages in Look inside are actual workbook previews.
